IL PRESIDENTE CON LA PASSIONE EDUCATIVA
Giordano Pecci, attuale Presidente della “Corporate Academy Città dei Maestri” è un imprenditore riminese con oltre 25 anni di esperienza imprenditoriale nell’ambito degli allestimenti fieristici. È stato socio fondatore di Prostand, azienda leader in Europa nel settore, recentemente entrata a far parte del gruppo IEG, Italian Exhibition Group, che figura tra i principali operatori del settore fieristico e congressuale a livello europeo.
“Dalla mia passione imprenditoriale ed educativa è nato il desiderio di fondare a Rimini la Corporate Academy Città dei Maestri, una vera e propria accademia di formazione professionale nel campo degli allestimenti fieristici.
Nella mia lunga esperienza operativa ho compreso profondamente che ognuno di noi possiede talenti e può essere importante nella costruzione di qualcosa, se quel talento viene scoperto e valorizzato. Ciascuno di noi infatti è custode di un valore, anche se ha dei limiti. E dentro quel valore, riconosciuto da un altro, può essere accompagnato a scoprire i propri talenti. Imparando una professione è possibile far emergere il desiderio di costruire qualcosa di importante per sé e per gli altri.
Ho maturato questa consapevolezza e questa sensibilità, che mettono al centro il valore dell’essere umano, principalmente nel rapporto quotidiano con mia moglie Elisabetta e i miei 4 figli: Isabella, Giovanni, Filippo e Pietro”.

UN’ACCADEMIA EUROPEA
La Città dei Maestri è una Scuola d’Impresa con una forte vocazione europea in cui, al termine del percorso, gli studenti riceveranno un attestato di capacità e competenze valide in tutti Paesi aderenti all’UE. Durante il percorso di formazione, inoltre, sarà possibile per una parte degli studenti svolgere un periodo di formazione pratica all’estero, in occasione di eventi fieristici internazionali.

I percorsi sviluppati dalla Scuola prevedono l’introduzione di percorsi di alfabetizzazione digitale e l’utilizzo di tecnologie innovative nella consapevolezza che l’innovazione è necessaria per affrontare le nuove sfide della globalizzazione.

La Città dei Maestri è aperta a tutte le imprese (PMI, aziende artigiane,…) che intendono sviluppare, nel proprio settore di riferimento, percorsi di formazione o di riqualificazione del personale mirati e altamente qualificati.
Il piano formativo viene predisposto in collaborazione con l’azienda al fine di rendere il percorso il più possibile conforme ai valori e alla filosofia aziendale.
La Scuola organizza i corsi obbligatori previsti per le aziende dalla normativa vigente in tema di sicurezza.
COSA SONO E DOVE NASCONO LE CORPORATE ACADEMY?
Le Corporate Academy sono scuole di formazione realizzate dalle Aziende, anche definite come Accademie/Università aziendali. Rispondono alle esigenze di formazione tecnico, manageriale e organizzativa delle imprese e sono dedicate sia al reclutamento di giovani figure professionali sia alla riqualificazione del personale interno alle imprese.
Negli Stati Uniti, nell’ambito della formazione aziendale intesa come strumento strategico connesso allo sviluppo della stessa azienda. La prima Corporate Università al mondo fu creata dalla General Motors nel 1927. In Emilia-Romagna esistono 29 Corporate Academy, la maggior parte delle quali nate negli ultimi dieci anni. In fact, the most important resource in no matter what work activity is people power.
This academy aims at helping in learning a real and tangible profession, in order to be inserted and launched in the working society with a real knowledge baggage.
The dream has come to reality thanks to Mr. Giordano Pecci, the President of this school and Mrs. Karen Visani, its Project Manager. Their profound will to help people makes the difference between their school and thousands of other local schools/institutions. Furthermore, Mr. Pecci’s long-lasting experience in fair booths construction makes him the perfect teacher for this profession that is more and more requested worldwide.
